Abstract

According to the results of the 2023 poverty and near-poor household review according to the poverty standards for the period 2021-2025, Ha Giang is the province with the highest multidimensional poverty rate in the country, accounting for 42.61%. The analysis and assessment of the province's multidimensional poverty index in terms of income poverty and lack of basic social services with 12 criteria is the scientific basis for proposing key and appropriate solutions to improve people's lives and move towards sustainable poverty reduction in the province.
