Abstract

The article analyzes the fundamental aspects of the social functions performed by the Nguyen Dynasty throughout its existence (1802-1945). The achievements and limitations of the Nguyen administration in overseeing various facets of social welfare and implementing community activities oKer valuable insights for de'ning the scope and methodologies of state’s social functions in the contemporary era.
