Abstract

The 2026 Law on Legal Dissemination and Education (Law No. 12/2026/QH16), adopted by the National Assembly on August 23, 2026, and effective from March 1, 2027, replaces Law No. 14/2012/QH13. Through analysis and comparison with the 2012 Law and related legal documents, this article identifies the key new provisions of the 2026 Law and examines several issues arising from its implementation.
