Abstract

Owning an apartment building is an important legal issue, directly affecting the rights and interests of people as well as the sustainable development of the real estate market. Current Vietnamese law has regulations on ownership, management and use of apartment buildings, but there still exist many inadequacies, especially related to the term of ownership, the rights and obligations of owners, disputes between residents and investors, as well as the apartment management mechanism. Therefore, it is urgent to propose solutions to improve the legal framework, ensure the rights of stakeholders and contribute to the development of a sustainable housing market.
