Abstract

Developing the private economy to create a breakthrough in mobilizing and optimally using the country's still very potential resources, bringing Vietnam to wealth and strength, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers in the new era is an objective necessity. However, hostile forces have never given up their goal of opposing the Party's policies, guidelines, goals, and ideals, so they have spread rumors that developing the private economy means abandoning the goal of socialism. The article identifies this argument of hostile forces and points out the theoretical and practical basis for refuting their erroneous views.
