Abstract
The digital environment has become an integral part of children’s lives, shaping how they learn, play, access information, and participate in social activities. The digital age creates significant opportunities to promote the realization and enjoyment of children’s rights, while simultaneously giving rise to new risks and challenges, including the infringement, abuse, or restriction of such rights in digital environments. Against this background, this article examines the impact of the digital age on the rights of the child as recognized under the Convention on the Rights of the Child. On that basis, it proposes several recommendations for Vietnam to strengthen the incorporation of the Convention into domestic law and ensure its effective implementation in the digital age.
