Abstract

Street food business is a characteristic of Asian cuisine in general and Vietnam in particular. However, contrary to the prominent development trend of street food business, the legal status for this type of business seems to have been left open, which leads to many negative problems for society. Starting from there, the article focuses on researching current legal regulations on ensuring food safety for street food business, thereby pointing out the limitations and inadequacies and offering some complete solutions on this issue.
