Abstract

Based on an analysis of civil contract law application in Vietnam’s commercial and economic development context, this article identi'es existing shortcomings and limitations in current legal regulations. The study proposes orientations and solutions to improve Vietnam’s civil contract law, ensuring the adaptability and eKectiveness of the legal system in response to the increasingly demanding requirements of international integration and digital transformation in the new era.
