Abstract
In a blended learning course, learners’ responsibility is demonstrated not only through individual activities but especially through group work. Learners are often encouraged to assign specific roles to group members, such as team leader, secretary, spokesperson, time manager, and task coordinator, so that all members understand their shared responsibility to collaborate over a defined period. To clarify these aspects, the research team draws on applied activities related to classroom management, creating a positive learning atmosphere, and giving feedback in French courses at Hanoi University of Science and Technology during the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 academic years. The article analyzes students’ feedback, participation, and learning outcomes to suggest ways to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
Keywords: Autonomy, classroom management, feedback, positive atmosphere, working collaboratively.
