Abstract

Digital transformation in general and digital transformation of the economy in particular have become inevitable for every country in the world, including Vietnam. In recent years, digital transformation in a number of industries and economic sectors has developed strongly, such as: e-commerce, sharing economy and platforms, tourism, logistics, healthcare, financial technology and e-government. However, industries and fields are also facing many difficulties and challenges, so it is necessary to synchronously deploy solutions to promote digital transformation, especially perfecting institutions and creating a legal framework to promote sustainable digital economic development in the coming years.
