Abstract

In the context of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training in Vietnam, along with the trends of international integration and globalization, education and training have been given top priority in national development policies, especially in the field of Pedagogy. Improving the quality of education requires, first and foremost, the enhancement of teaching staff quality, particularly in ensuring the effective training of teachers at all levels to meet the demands of educational reform. The rapid and continuous changes in the educational environment increasingly demand strong adaptability from Teacher Education students during their training process.
