Abstract

The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam marked a strategic turning point, ushering the country into an era of national progress, in which breakthroughs in human resources - especially high-quality human resources and the utilization of talent - continue to be positioned as the central core. For the Central Highlands, a region of particular importance in terms of socio-economic development, national defense, security, and ecological environment, concretizing the spirit of the 14th Congress into human resource development is an urgent requirement. This article proposes several solutions to contribute to human resource development in the Central Highlands in accordance with the spirit of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
