Abstract

The viewpoint of independence, self-reliance, multilateralization, and diversification in foreign policy is a crucial component of Ho Chi Minh's diplomatic thought. This core perspective has significantly contributed to the remarkable achievements of Vietnamese diplomacy. The Communist Party of Vietnam has creatively applied and developed Ho Chi Minh's foreign policy principles, adapting them to a rapidly changing global and domestic context. Despite these changes, his ideas on worldview and foreign policy continue to hold their value, further enriching and solidifying the theoretical foundation of modern Vietnamese diplomacy.
