Abstract

The history of building and defending the country of the Vietnamese people has always faced powerful enemies and many great dangers and challenges. During that process, our ancestors have made many glorious feats, fi rmly protected and built the Vietnamese Fatherland to develop more and more. Since the Party was founded, the Vietnamese revolution has continued to win many great victories, completing the cause of national liberation, unifying the Fatherland, and moving forward to build socialism. However, the country is currently facing many challenges in the fi eld of national security, in which traditional and non-traditional security issues have emerged.
