Abstract

This article focuses on evaluating the current state of infrastructure and sidewalks, clarifying several policies related to sidewalk management and usage in Ho Chi Minh City in recent years. Based on this analysis, the article proposes recommendations to guide appropriate solutions for the effective use and management of sidewalks. The aim is to ensure smooth pedestrian traffic, maintain public order and security, preserve urban aesthetics, and contribute to socio-economic development.
