Abstract

Since 1945, the inheritance system has had quite complete regulations and is increasingly being improved, but due to the daily development of society, many complex situations in practice have not yet been fully documented. The number of civil disputes over inheritance each year, the number of pending cases is very large and increasing, mainly due to the fact that inheritance law in general and other related legal regulations still have many shortcomings, are not really consistent and unified. The important issue in resolving inheritance disputes in each civil case is to determine who is entitled to inherit the inheritance and who is not entitled to inherit the inheritance. In this sense, it is very necessary to study the legal regulations on people who are not entitled to inherit the inheritance.
