Abstract

The content of the liability for compensation for damage caused by environmental pollution is determined as a specific case of non-contractual liability. This is a form to determine civil liability for subjects who violate the law on environmental protection, causing damage to the environment, damage to human health, life, property, and legitimate interests of organizations and individuals. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the provisions of Vietnamese law on compensation for environmental damage today.
