Abstract
The article examines the legal provisions regarding the entities entitled to request the annulment of an unlawful marriage, in order to identify limitations in the regulations of the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family. Based on this analysis, the author provides proposals and recommendations to improve the legal framework on this issue.
