Abstract

The 64-movement aerobic exercise plays a significant role in the Physical Education (PE) curriculum at universities, contributing to the development of students’ physical fitness, posture, and coordination skills. However, in practice, many students still perform the movements incorrectly and have not fully mastered the proper sequence. In the context of pedagogical innovation and the integration of technology into Physical Education, researching and proposing measures to improve the effectiveness of teaching this exercise is essential. The findings aim to enhance the quality of PE classes, promote sports participation, and foster an active and healthy lifestyle among students.
