Abstract
The paper affirms that the digitalization of management is a lever for assuring training quality at Hung Yen Community College. The approach is based on the International Organization for Standardization 21001 standard, the Input–Process–Output–Outcome structure, and the Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle. The focus is a “one standard—multiple systems” data architecture; interoperability among the learning management system, the student information system, electronic learning records, and the assessment stage; standardization of course dossiers; post-exam analysis; and the digitalization of practice and internship activities linked with enterprises. Initial results increase transparency, traceability, and the accuracy of decision-making; however, challenges remain in interoperability, data discipline, and digital capability, requiring a roadmap for consolidation and expansion.
