Abstract

In Vietnam, the implementation of state functions essentially means the exercise of socialist state power in practice. To meet the country's requirements in the new era, studying the implementation of the functions of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has profound theoretical and practical significance. This article focuses on clarifying the contents of state function implementation, revealing the most general activities that the state must undertake to achieve its goals, orientation, and meet the set requirements.
