Abstract

This article addresses legal regulations regarding the time for fulfilling guarantee obligations when the parties do not have an agreement on the time of performance. It discusses the time of performance when the guarantor is not a credit institution; the time of performance for civil transactions where the guarantor is a credit institution; and provides recommendations for improving the legal framework related to determining the time for fulfilling guarantee obligations in the absence of an agreement.
