Abstract

This article analyzes and evaluates the provisions on the enforcement of intellectual property rights under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Paci'c Partnership (CPTPP) and the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA). It then examines the challenges facing Vietnam in implementing intellectual property rights under these new-generation free trade agreements. On that basis, the article proposes recommendations to enhance the eKectiveness of intellectual property rights enforcement in Vietnam under the CPTPP and EVFTA.
