Abstract

The national renovation has posed an urgent task of building a strong cultural life in the border areas, contributing to strengthening national strength. Comprehensive development, especially in the border area of Nam Can – Ky Son – Nghe An, is not only based on a stable economic and political foundation but also closely depends on the advancement of culture. The article discusses the key role of culture in the development process of the border mountainous area, and at the same time clarifies the impact of cultural factors on the renovation process in Nam Can. From the awareness of the importance of culture in the border area, the article surveys the current status of building cultural life in Nam Can in recent years, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, and proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work in the current period.
