Modern workplace demands the mastery and effective application of 21st-century skills, notably the 4Cs framework: Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity. This requirement has driven the integration of the 4Cs into English language teaching. The following paper analyses the components of the 4Cs framework and examines two pedagogical model: Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) implemented in English language classrooms to foster these essential skills.
