Abstract

This article examines the current use and value of artificial intelligence (AI) in expanding access to learning through play in grade 3 Nature and Society instruction. Survey and experimental findings indicate that integrating AI into this approach eases the creative demands placed on teachers, stimulates students’ interest, and improves the quality of their learning. The rapid development of AI, together with its potential to personalize learning and enhance interaction through educational games, offers opportunities to strengthen the five core characteristics of learning through play and develop students’ digital skills.
