Abstract

On June 29, 2024, at the 7th Session, the 15th National Assembly passed the Social Insurance Law No. 41/2024/ QH15 replacing the Social Insurance Law No. 58/2014/QH13. The Social Insurance Law 2024 takes effect from July 1, 2025. Compared to the Social Insurance Law 2014, the Social Insurance Law 2024 has many changes towards major goals. Within the scope of this article, the author introduces some basic new points, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of law application in practice.
