The off ense of harboring or consuming property acquired through the commission of a crime by another person, as stipulated in Article 323 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017), constitutes an indirect form of assistance to property-related crimes such as theft, robbery, fraud, and embezzlement.
