Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, the offense of using persons under the age of 16 for pornographic purposes has become increasingly complex, with various methods of commission emerging in cyberspace. This article examines the legal elements of the offense under the Vietnamese Penal Code, evaluates the practical application of the relevant legal provisions, and identifies difficulties and obstacles arising during enforcement. On this basis, the article proposes recommendations for improving the legal framework and strengthening the protection of children from the risk of sexual exploitation in digital environments.
