Abstract
This article analyzes the effective implementation of national values, cultural values, family values, and Vietnamese ethical standards in the context of Dong Thap province in the current period. Dong Thap has integrated core values such as patriotism, compassion, and solidarity into its socio-economic development programs, education, and cultural life-building movements. These efforts contribute to enhancing community awareness, strengthening the moral foundation, promoting good traditions, and advancing sustainable and humane development for the locality.
