Abstract
Ho Chi Minh’s thought on the rule-of-law state is a seamless integration of the finest legal traditions of humanity with the practical realities of the Vietnamese revolution. His ideas about the rule of law state were realized immediately upon the establishment of the revolutionary government and have been gradually supplemented and perfected throughout our country's revolutionary process. To this day, these ideas remain especially valuable in the construction of a socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam.
