Abstract
The application of software in teaching fire prevention and fighting subjects in general, and Hydraulics and Fire Fighting Water Supply in particular, has become popular at the Fire Prevention and Fighting University. This article presents the use of Daxesoft’s pipeline hydraulic calculation software to address fundamental problems in hydraulics, such as pressure flow in a single pipe (Pipe Flow Wizard) and calculating fire fighting water supply networks (Pipe Flow Expert), thereby helping students absorb knowledge more effectively.
