Abstract

In the context of educational digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) offers new possibilities for innovating music teaching methods. For students at Hanoi University of Physical Education and Sports, group singing plays an important role in developing aesthetic competence, pedagogical skills, cooperation, and the ability to organize collective activities. However, students still face difficulties due to uneven musical backgrounds, limited class time, and insufficient conditions for self-practice. This article clarifies the theoretical basis and current situation of group singing teaching, and proposes several AI-supported methods, including lesson planning, learning material development, backing track creation, part-singing practice, performance staging, and assessment. The application of AI is expected to enhance students’ learning interest, self-practice capacity, and group singing performance.
