Abstract

In the context of digital transformation in education, artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming a common tool to support student learning. For students at Hanoi Procuratorate University, who are future judicial officers, the use of AI not only facilitates document retrieval and academic support but also influences the formation of legal thinking and professional ethics. In addition to benefits such as time saving, knowledge systematization, and research support, AI also raises concerns related to technological dependence, the decline of independent thinking, and potential threats to academic integrity. This article analyzes the current state of students’ access to AI, their purposes of use, and their perceptions of this technology, while proposing several solutions to promote the effective and responsible use of AI in legal education.
