Abstract

Problem-based learning is an active teaching method in which teachers create problematic situations containing cognitive contradictions or practical questions that require students to think, analyze, and explore in order to discover and acquire knowledge for themselves. In teaching Economic and Legal Education, this method plays a particularly important role because the subject matter is closely related to economic phenomena, legal regulations, and issues of social life. However, teaching, practice shows that many lessons are still heavily focused on theoretical instruction, with students passively absorbing information and having few opportunities to debate and solve practical problems. Therefore, to foster student initiative, creativity, and critical thinking skills, the problem-solving teaching method plays a crucial role.
