Abstract

Based on the analysis of some theoretical issues on the anthropological approach, the article offers some suggestions for legal science training in Vietnam, especially in applying interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches; enhancing practicality in training. Especially in the context of Vietnam being a country with diverse culture, ethnicity as well as historical traditions with long-standing customs and practices, the application of anthropological approaches in legal science training holds significant potential.
