Abstract

Stance techniques provide the foundation for offensive, defensive, movement, and control techniques in People’s Public Security martial arts. Proper stance execution directly influences cadets’ ability to maintain balance, generate force, and respond effectively to practical situations. This article examines the role of stance techniques in People’s Public Security martial arts training and proposes selected exercises suited to the characteristics of cadets at the People’s Police Academy. These exercises integrate technical practice, physical conditioning, and practical combat applications, thereby contributing to improved instructional effectiveness and the quality of professional training for the People’s Public Security forces.
