Abstract

The article focuses on researching President Ho Chi Minh's views on social security, and at the same time analyzing the practical application in Da Nang City. President Ho Chi Minh has left valuable views on the goals and objects of social security implementation; these views have so far retained their theoretical and practical value, becoming a guideline for social security work in Vietnam today. Applying President Ho Chi Minh's views to the practice of implementing social security in Ho Chi Minh City has recorded positive results, but there are still limitations. The article also proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of social security policies in Da Nang City, contributing to promoting sustainable development and ensuring a better life for people.
