Abstract

This article researches President Ho Chi Minh's views on mass mobilization. He left behind important teachings that remain valid both theoretically and practically, becoming the ideological foundation and guiding principle for the Party and State's mass mobilization work in general, and in Da Nang city in particular. In the light of Ho Chi Minh’s viewpoints, the people’s mobilization work in Da Nang has achieved notable results, although limitations still exist. The article analyzes both the achievements and shortcomings, and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of mass mobilization in Da Nang based on President Ho Chi Minh’s perspectives in the current context.
