Abstract

The article elucidates the theoretical and practical values of Ho Chi Minh’s philosophy of governance, particularly the principle of being “calm, clear-headed, yet decisive” as a core tenet of leadership and modern national governance. On that basis, it further clarifies the Party’s consistent application of this philosophy in practice to guide action, harness internal strengths, and realize the aspiration for national development in the nation’s era of aspirational rise.
