Abstract
Ho Chi Minh's ideology regarding the People's Police serves as a guiding principle for the formation and development of the Vietnamese People's Police Force. The article clarifes the core ideas of President Ho Chi Minh on the People's Police and, based on an analysis of the current situation, identifies strengths, limitations, and underlying causes. It proposes solutions to effectively apply Ho Chi Minh's thoughts in building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, and modern People's Police force capable of meeting security and order requirements in the new context.
