Abstract

The study on "Cultural behavior in the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relationship through the treasury of Vietnamese folk verses" explores and examines the values of tradition, serving as one of the guiding principles contributing to family development in today's society. In the initial research, the behavior between mothers-in- law and daughters-in-law exhibits positive aspects such as sincere and sacred emotions, filial piety, care, and support. However, there are also limitations, such as discrimination, complaints from daughters-in-law, or strong resistance. Overall, this relationship is characterized by more conflicts than harmony, posing a persistent and concerning issue in Vietnamese families.
