Abstract
This study surveyed 685 students at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM, from October 2024 to January 2025 to examine sleep hygiene and bedtime procrastination. Results showed that female students and those living in dormitories had poorer sleep hygiene. Bedtime procrastination levels were generally high but did not significantly differ across demographic groups, suggesting the influence of other individual factors. These findings provide a foundation for developing awareness-raising and intervention programs to improve students’ sleep habits.
