Abstract

The increasing manifestations of cultural deviation in cyberspace have made it urgent to build the Vietnamese human value system in the digital environment. Based on document analysis, policy synthesis, and reference to international experience, the study shows that the online environment not only disseminates knowledge and positive values but also contributes to the spread of fake news, extremist language, cyber violence, offensive behaviors, and risks associated with artificial intelligence. On that basis, several solutions are proposed: concretizing the value system into standards of digital conduct; renewing education on digital ethics and digital citizenship; strengthening coordination among families, schools, and society; improving state management; enhancing the responsibility of digital platforms and the self-regulating capacity of digital citizens, thereby contributing to the development of well-rounded Vietnamese people in the digital era.
