Abstract

In the current context, fire prevention and rescue work is becoming an important factor not only for the police force but also for the community as a whole. In order to effectively perform the task of protecting people's lives and property, fire prevention and rescue officers must be thoroughly trained in both theory and practice—with a particular emphasis on maintaining a high level of physical fitness. A system of physical exercises aimed at improving the quality of learning specialized subjects in fire fighting and rescue for students of the Fire Prevention and Fighting University thus plays a crucial role in their training and holistic development.
