Abstract

The process of building and perfecting the theory of the Doi Moi policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam is always linked to the fluctuations of the international and domestic context. The article highlights the impacts of the international, regional, and national context; the requirements for refining the theory of the Party's renewal policy. At the same time, it outlines solutions to continue improving the theory of Đổi Mới policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
