Abstract

This study presents the “Three Builds–Three Prevents–Three Spreads” model implemented for 205 fourth- and fifth-grade students at Nguyen Binh Khiem Primary School, My Ngai Ward, Dong Thap Province, during the 2025– 2026 academic year. The model focuses on developing students’ value foundations and digital competencies while strengthening school–family collaboration. The findings indicate that the model can be integrated into academic subjects, experiential activities, class meetings, and Young Pioneer activities without requiring a separate curriculum. Its straightforward implementation process, adaptability to different age groups, and flexibility in accommodating individual school conditions suggest strong potential for broader application.
