Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing the views of the 13th Congress on the development of the working class, assessing the current situation of the workforce in Hanoi, including the achieved results and limitations such as uneven professional qualifications, professional skills that do not meet the new requirements. On that basis, the article proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of the working class in Hanoi, contributing to the development of a highly skilled workforce, meeting the requirements of the period of industrialization, modernization and international integration.
