Abstract

Campus culture at Vietnamese universities and colleges plays a pivotal role in fostering student development and enhancing the overall quality of education. Nevertheless, the current state of campus culture remains constrained by several limitations, including formalistic practices, a lack of cohesion among stakeholders, and the persistence of inappropriate behaviors. This study aims to off er solutions to these challenges, aiming to create a healthy, inclusive, and values-driven educational environment.
