Abstract

In this article, the author presents the provisions of labor law on the promulgation of labor regulations, and points out the current status of the promulgation of labor regulations in enterprises. From there, the author proposes a number of solutions so that the promulgation of labor regulations complies with the provisions of the law and is effectively applied to protect the rights and interests of employees and employers.
